John Wagstaffe Oliver, who disappeared three years ago from Perth, Australia, is ordered to be advertised for in Australia by the Court so that a legacy of 10,000 dollars ( £2000 at par) left him from the estate of his father, A. Oliver, may be paid. His wife and four ehildren.-are her*.
