LEAHY AGAIN IN COURT.
THEFT OF £817 ALLEGED.
Charles Stewart Leahy. a S ed , 44 ' a solicitor, who is at present serving a sentence of tlireo years' imprisonment, was brought down to the Police Court -this morning 011 charges of stealing ±<iio, belonging to Reginald Roberts, on March 1 last, and sums totalling £502, the property of Thomas James 0 Hagen, between March 2 and May 18. 011 t"ie application of Detective-Ser-geant Kelly, accused was remanded to appear 011 Thursday, when the charges will be heard.
