SWEEPING VICTORY.
CUBAN ELECTIONS. HAVANA, November 2. A small vote marked the Cuban general election, in which the President, General ,Marardo Machado, and the Liberal party apparently have won a sweeping victory. The voters selected half the House of Representatives, two senators and the provincial municipal officers. Three people were killed during the day.
