NEW APPOINTMENT TO IRAQ. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 2. Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Francis Humphrys was received in audience by the King at Buckingham Palace yesterday, and kissed Hie Majesty's hands on his appointment as firet British Ambassador to Iraq.
