FACING THE FACTS.
"A WAY OUT MAY BE FOUND." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. "I do not want it to be thought that I have unduly emphasised the difficulties we are facing to-day or that I am pessimistic," said Mr. A. C. Mitchell, who was re-elected president of the Employers' Federation to-day, after reviewing the New Zealand present-day outlook in his address. "I believe in facing the facts with courage and witli the full intention of overcoming difficulties," he added. "I have endeavoured to set the facts before you plainly, but without exaggeration. There are, however, not wanting certain signs that in the near future a way out of our difficulties may be found."
