SCOTS HOME RULE.
New Self-Government Party Formed. PARLIAMENT AT EDINBURGH. (" Times " Cables.) (Received 10 a.m.) GLASGOW, November I. Supported by many prominent Scottish personalities the "Scottish SelfGovernment party" has been formed. Its sole aim is to secure a Parliament at Edinburgh for purely Scottish affairs. Branches are being formed throughout Scotland, and an appeal is being made for funds.
