IRISH BOUNTIES USELESS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 1. The unemployed in the Irish Free State on March 14 numbered 30,398, and at October 12 88,376. This week's cattlt fairs were almost a complete failure. A breeder asserts that despite the bounty, the export trade is practically ruined. The month's bounties on cattle, butter and bacon were £2,300,000.
