CHILLED MEAT.
AUSTRALIA'S OPPORTUNITY. (Received 12 noon.) PERTH, this day. Mr. F. J. Walker, a Sydney business man, who has arrived from Britain, eays that the British public wants chilled beef, and a big market awaits Australia in this commodity. If more ships were fitted for the carriage of chilled meat a way could be found of successfully treating Australian chilled, meat on landing in England, but to develop the trade there must be weekly shipments.
