THIRD IN" TWO WEEKS. (Received 11.30 a.mv) BRISBANE, this day. Thbtihird bomb outrage in a fortnight occurred at TnHy when, a billiard saloon and two shops -were damaged by dynamite, apparently placed under the braidings after protecting wire netting had been removed.
