GOVERNMENT'S TERMS. (Received 2 p.m.y BUCHAREST, November L Princess Helen, former wife of King Carol of Rumania, has accepted the terms of the 'Government for payment of a sum of nearly £14,000, permission to see her eon, the Crown Prince Michael, if or a month every year in Switzerland, and permission to visit Rumania and reside at her favourite palace in Bucharest.
She will also receive £25,000, the balance due on the sale of her Black Sea. castle to the War Department.
