ROCKET 'PLANE.
SUCCESSFUL TEST. BERLIN, October 26. A rocket 'plane, 10ft high, has been successfully tested at the Templehof Aerodrome. It rose to an altitude of 2025 ft. The wings then automatically unfolded, and the 'plane reached the earth safely, a quarter of a mile away from the starting point. \ Herr Tilling, the inventor of the rocket, hopes to secure stratospheric records and to be able to convey mails rapidly over long distances with 'planes made cm the same principle. He declares that it is possible to control the direction of rocket 'planes, which may ultimately carry passengers.
