MR. LEE'S SPEECH.
Surely Mr. J. A. Lee's recent utterance "' the House should b 0 treated with the contempt it deserves. Jt is behaviour such ahie which alienates the sympathy which many intelligent and broad-minded people may Have for Labour, and now that Mr. Lee has writteH to the Press endeavouring to palliate his vulgar outburst I would remind him of the Jrencn proverb, "Qui s'exeuse s'aeeuse." 1 ROBERT H. NEH.
