APPEAL FOR LOYALTY.
MR. BALDWIN'S SPEECH. LONDON", October 9. The next general election would not come for some years. It was a waste of time wondering what politics then would be. Conservatives must continue to back the National Government. Then, in the years to come, their loyalty would not be the least glorious page in the party's history.
