LABOUR CONFERENCE.
FORMER MEMBERS "EXILED." LONDON, October 9. The Labour party's conference at Leicester at its final session carried a resolution demanding that the executive make it impossible for any former Labour member of the House of Commons who supported the National Government to return to Labour. Another motion carried unanimously insisted upon the abolition of the House of Lords as "dangerous and unnecessary."
