HOCKEY.
LADIES PLAY REFEREES. Teams representing the Auckland Ladies' Hockey Association's B team and the referees will play a match at Remuera tomorrow at 1.50 p.m. Teams :— Auckland B. — Misses D. Farrar (Y.W.C.A.), J. Niall (Ngataringa), A. Cuilen (Technical), N. McDonald (Wesley), .1. Munro (Clevedon), R. Bussey (Technical), M. Spraggon (Y.W.C.A.), J. Scoulliir (Technical), M. Waddell (Ngaro), M. Reader (Wesley), B. Sharpe (Kiwi). Referees.—Playlc, Watts, Carson, MrQuarrie, Gutry, Avery, Knight, Peace, Preston. Grace, Spooner. Mr. F. Nicholson will control the game. The special match between Ngaro (intermediate) and Waihi, which had been arranged for to-morrow afternoon at Remuer;i, will not take place. Waihi has found it impossible to send a team along.
