NORTH SHORE CLUBS.
The official opening of the Haimana Tennis Club took place on Saturday. The officials elected were: President, Mrs. Waters; club captain, Mrs. Downing; vicecaptain, Mr. A. Leviek; secretary, Miss E. Watson ; delegate Private Courts' Association, Mr. Levick. Mrs. Waters having declared the court open, a progressive tourney was played. At the Hanlow Street court on Saturday the officers elected were : President, Mr. O. Osmers; club captain, Mr. D. Davies; committee, Mr. H. Rice and Miss Marks; delegate, Mr. E. H. Harvey; secretary, Mr. E. Ctist. After the official opening by Mr. C.llst, a progressive tourney was held. Princes Street Club.-—At a meeting of the Princes Street Club, Mr. W. Tyson was elected a life member in appreciation of his five years' service as secretary.
