INTOXICATION CHARGE.
FARMER FINED £10 AT ONEHUXGA. At the Onehunga Police Court this morning before Messrs. H. J. Davies and T. H. Geragbty, J.P.'s, Hally Gage, a farmer, of Papatoetoe. pleaded guilty to being intoxicated while in. charge of a motor car. Sergeant S.'A. Brown said accused was sufficiently intoxicated tor his judgment to be impaired. J'or a previous offence he had been and his license cancelled for twehe months. • \ccused was fined £10 and ordered to pay for repairs to a lorry with wh:••, he collided.
