Messrs. Samuel Vailc and Sons, Ltd., will hold an auction sale at .their rooms, 83, Queen Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow, when several properties in the estate of the late Miss Elizabeth Laurie will be offered. They comprise a house of 6 rooms and 7 acres 17 perches, situated off Hepburn Road, Glen Eden, with frontage to Whau River; a block of 2 acres 1 rood 15 perches, subdivided into nine sections, at junction of Te Atatu and Old Great North Roads, Henderson; a building site of 1 rood 11 perches, in Wilson Road, Glen Eden; and a seaside bach at Muriwai. A two-roomed cottage on quarter-acre section in Rosebank Road, Avondale, will also be offered on behalf of the mortgagee. Messrs. R. S. Newcomb, Ltd., instructed by the Whangarei Co-operative Building Society, will offer by public auction to-morrow, at their auction rooms, 12-14, Brunswick Buildings, Queen Street, at noon, a large six-roomed villa, and garage, situated at 146, St. Andrew's Road, Epsom. The section is freehold, with 103 ft frontage to St. Andrew's Road. Messrs. William A. Horne, Ltd., will sell by public auction at their rooms, first floor, Home's Buildings, Vulcan Lane, Auckland, to-morrow, at noon, by order of the mortgagee. 32.4 perches of land, situated in Pah Road, Epsom, being Lot 2 of allotment 49, section 10, suburbs of Auckland, with a four-roomed villa thereon; also, at 12.30 p.m., at the request of the mortgagee, dwelling, situated in William Street, off Gladstone Road, Mount Albert, containing four rooms with two kitchenettes, bathroom, hall, glassed-in back verandah, front porch, and detached wash-house. Section is 57ft by 190 ft, with paths, lawns and gardens.
