Ottawa Decisions Likely to Be
Condemned.
POSITION OP MINISTERS.
(Becelved 0.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 14. The "Daily Telegraph" says that the National Liberal Federation will meet on September 21. There is a probability that a resolution condemning the Ottawa decisions will be carried by a large majority, but the motion will not include any criticism of Liberal Ministers who, it is believed, do not regard the issues raised at Ottawa as threatening the unity of the Government.
