DEATH OF MR. A. H. NOALL.
CLERK OF SCALES AT RICCARTON. CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The death is reported of Mr. A. H. Nfoall, sharebroker, and secretary of the Amberley and Hororata Racing Clubs. The late Mr. Noall was well-known and highly respected in Christchurch. For many years he was on the staff of Messrs. Pyne and Co. (now Pyne, Gould, Guinness, Ltd.). He was assistant clerk of the ecales for the Canterbury Jockey Club at Riccarton, and later became clerk of the scales, a position he held at the time of his death. He was also clerk of the scales for other racing and trotting clubs. In his younger days he took a great interest in sport, and for many years was connected with the Linwood Football Club.
