Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Hamilton, on the eighteenth day of August, 1932, notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having Claims against the estate o£ the abovenanied ALBERT FRANCIS CROSS, who died on or about the thirty-first day of March, 1931, and Letters of Administration of whose estate and effects were granted on the nineteenth day of June, 1931, are hereby required to send in their claims, together with written particulars thereof to the Administratrix, Ella Maud Cross, at. the Office of her Solicitor, MR.
