WRESTLING.

WALKER BEATS MONTANA. A wrestling match between George Walker and "Bull" Montana, staged by the Waikato Wrestling Association in Hamilton last night, resulted in a win for the former by two falls to one early in the fifth round. At the commencement of the third round Montana caught Walker in a Boston crab, to which the latter soon submitted. The fourth round was lively and Walker secured his first fall when Montana submited to a reverse double toehold. At the opening of the next round, Walker threw his opponent heavily with a series of headloeks and finally dumped him to secure the deciding fall with a body press.
