PERSONAL.
Dr. W. J. Worboye, of Imperial Chemical Industries, Limited, is m Auckland at the Grand Hotel. Mr. E. C. Hands, general manager of the Broadcasting Board, arrived in the city this morning by the express. Major R. W. Russell, Military Secretary to the Governor-General, arrived in Auckland by the Limited express this morning. Mr. Arthur Tilly, chairman of the junior management board of the Auckland Rugby Union, left Auckland tjii.s afternoon, to see the match between Auckland and Wellington, to be played at Wellington on Saturday.
