GALE LIFTS SHED.
INCIDENT AT HUNUA. At the height of the gale on Wednee: day evening a large iron shed owned by Mr. J. Creagh, of Hunua, was lifted from its foundations arid deposited on the roadway below. It brought down eight telephone wires, with the result that communication with outside districts was cut off. Workmen from the I Papakura Post Office have since repaired i the lines. The shed had only recently beeu erected, and had ono open side. The wind was from the open side quarter.
