Germany Independent for Wneat Supply. BLOCKADE TERROR GONE. (Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, July 7. Baron yon Bratin, Minister of Agriculture, in a broadcast speech, said that (iermaiiy had so increased her wheat acreage that she no longer needs to import grain for bread.
