NEW TRAMWAY UNION.
AGREEMENT WITH BOARD. TERMS NOT ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A new agreement, to come into operation on July 16, has been signed by the Traffic Employees' Association, an organisation comprising new tramway employees and others, as the result of negotiations with the Tramway Board. It ie believed that the majority of the traffic staff is affected by the new conditions, the terms of which are unknown. The board is still conducting negotiations with the Tramway Employees' Union.
