WAIKATO JUMPERS.

TO LEAVE TONIGHT. r tEBIR TKENTHAM PROSPECTS. Wiltshire, Cruachan, Royal Visitor and Advance Camp, the Te Rapa-trained horses with jumping engagements at the Wellington meeting, will be railed from Frankton this evening. These horses finished their work at Te Rapa with a serviceable gallop once round on the course proper yesterday. Royal Visitor has worked particularly well since the Auckland meeting, and his prospects appear the most promising of the quartet, but all must be considered. Wiltshire is not a great deal in favour, but his work-out over a round of the steeplechase country on Saturday was one of the most impressive jumping efforts executed at Te Rapa. The Day Comet gelding has fined down to racing shape, and, unless the course is very heavy at Trentham, he is going to be harder to dispose of than many people think. CTiachan suffered from a stone bruise after Ellerslie, but he is all right again. Aβ he likea soft ground, the conditions at Trentham will suit him. Advance Camp has done very little schooling since the Auckland meeting, but be has not been left short so far as galloping is concerned. He goes much better in a race than in private, but is not the easiest to ride.
