AUCKLAND DIVORCE.
On the ground of his wife's failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights, Norman Alfred Treneary was granted a divorce in the Supreme Court to-day from Viola Ellen Ann Treneary. (living evidence, petitioner said the marriage took place in Auckland in April, 102(1. There were no children. On September 0, 1931, he obtained a restituion decree, Tint his wife had not returned.
Corroborative evidence having been uiven by the father of petitioner, Mr. Justice Smith made a decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months.
