TENNIS DANCE.
The annual dance of the Meadow Bank Tennis Club was held in the Inter-house Girls' Club rooms last evening and proved most successful. There was a large attendance, excellent music contributing to the enjoyment of the evening. The room looked attractive, with masses of greenery and lilac-toned decorations, while on the supper tables in the adjoining room were vases of bronze and gold flowers. The hostesses were: Mesdames W. Jeffrey, P. D. Wright, E. E. Wigg, U. Forgie and H. E. Jones, and the ladies of the committee comprised Mrs. R. Robinson, and Misses G. Jeffrey and D. Wilcox. Among those present were: Mrs. P. D. Wright, wearing a frock of hfliackgeorgette; Mrs. E. Cauldwell, pastel toned floral georgette; Mrs. U. Forgio, black Chan tilly lace; Mrs. R. Robinson, black georgette, relieved with lace; Miss D. Wilcox, electric blue floral taffeta; Miss D. Roach, pompadour rose taffeta; Miss M. Wallace, Lido blue satin; Miss J. Batts, blue and silver lame; Miss J. Butcher, rose Du Barri satin; Miss F. Vipond, amber-coluered taffeta; Miss W. Bains, Burgundy red georgette; Miss P. Hall, turquoise blue crepe suede; Miss E. Wilcox, palest pink taffeta; Miss J. Denton, autumn-toned georgette; Miss Carter, black lace and georgette; Miss W. Barnes, shell pink georgette; Miss L. Burnett, sky blue crepe fleuri; M'S3 N. Paterson, citron-shaded taffeta; Miss Gilbert, lemon-coloured grosgrin; Miss A. Inglis, ivory crepo euede; Miss I. Shaw, deep cream satin; Miss Bolton, blue satin; Miss J. Burnett, leaf green satin; Miss E. Fish, pale pink taffeta, with floral design; Miss Thompson, rose pink taffeta; Miss P. Jeffrey, pompadour pink muslin; Miss G. Brown, leaf green organdie; Miss B. Wiseman, pale piik georgette; Miss E. Coonley, rose crepe fleuri .
