A DEAD END.
Police Baffled in Lindbergh Kidnapping. SUSPECT RELEASED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) TRENTON (New Jersey), June 13. On Monday morning a news bulletin was issued by the State police which indicated that the investigation into the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby had again readied a dead end after the collapsc of the police theory thnt a guilty knowledge had caused the suicide of Violet Sharpe, the Lindbergh nursemaid. The alibi of Ernest Brinkert, a friend of Violet Sharpe, and who was arrested on Saturday, has been established.
