THEFT AT PUMICE WORKS.
MOTOR TRUCK STOLEN. Thieves broke into the Firth Pumice Works at Ohinewai, stealing a motor truck belonging to one of the hands who was working there, and also taking some lubricating oil, kerosene and benzine. So far the truck has not been traced. The police havo the matter in hand.
