Output from January 1 to Slay 17, 354,000 bales, against 485,000 bales for the same period last year. Barry, 11/ to 14/; Josephine, 10/ to 15/; Beurre Bosc, 13/6 to 16/. Large quantities of Australian and Tasmanian fruit in the market. DAIRY PRODUCE. New Zealand Producers' Co-operative Marketing Association have to-day received a cable from their London office, dated Slay 24, reading as follows:— Butter. —Steady, with more inquiry.
