TO RACE AT TE RAPA.
Cynthia jST. has not had a race since she accounted for the Morningside Handicap, ,! one mile, at Avondale last month, but she is working well, and it is doubtful if she ever looked better than she does at present. The imported mare is due to make her next appearance in the Winter Handicap, one mile and a quarter, at Te Eapa on Saturday, and if she reproduces her ' Avondale form she is a decided possibility. Cynthia N. has already been placed over a I similar distance.
