BURGLARY CHARGE.

COMMITTED FOR TRIAL

CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday
Twice in August of last year the warehouse of Guthrie, Bowron and Company was broken into and allegedly set on fire after property had been stolen. The second occasion was on August 19.
This morning Robert Douglas Lumsden, aged 41, salesman, appeared before Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., charged with breaking and entering on August 19, and also receiving stolen goods. He pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial.
