PETER PAN CABARET.
Many cheery parties or young people rolled up to the Peter Pan Cabaret on Saturday evening, when Mr. Luis Tuhmer's Peter Pan Band were in particularly good form. Their waltz and tango numbers were enthusiastically encored. The cabaret was gay with golden chrysanthemums, which toned very charmingly with the orange furnishings and yellow night lighting. Among those dancing were: Mrs. M. Booth, black ninon;°Mrs. G. Montigue, black lace over silver lame; Mrs. Stan. Waters, black Milan lace gown; Mrs. A. E. Moore, oeranium red moire gown; Mrs. A. Neville, black lace frock; Mrs. E. Thwaites, frock of cherry red lace and <-eorgette; Mrs. V. Wolfe, forest green georgette; Mrs. T. Carr, phlox pink georgette; Mrs. E. M. Walker, scarlet lacc i>own; Mrs. L. Deal*, ivory crepe de soie, Miss Peg Ford, bottle green panne velvet; Miss Winsome Airey, black lace and chiffon; Miss Phyllis Macindoe, black and rose brocaded lame gown; Miss Peggy Leeper, torquoise blue georgette frock with floating draperies; Miss Pat Stone, bottle green satin frock with diamante relief; Miss Pat Buddie, water lily green crepe de soie; Miss Audrey Walton, black lace frock; Miss P. Wilson, Lido blue net and satin; Miss T. Hodgson (Rotorua), floral ninon frock; Miss McCombie, black Milan lace over palest pink georgette; Miss V. Jackson, ivory lace gown; Miss Brambly, camellia pink beaded georgette.
