BROTHERS INJURED.
CYCLE CRASHES INTO BANK. A motor cycle and sidecar, carrying four youths, got out of control on the Titirangi Hill yesterday afternoon about 1.30, and crashed into a bank. Mr. Kenneth W. Gordon, aged 19, of 47, Canal Road, Avondale, had his head cut; his brother, Ernest, aged 10, suffered severe cuts on one foot, and a third brother, Donald, aged 12, severe -abrasions of his face. The fourth occupant escaped injury. The accident was due to a large piece of timber, which they had found In the bush and were taking home, becoming jammed against the handle bars. All three brothers were taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance, but only Ernest was considered serious enough to be admitted.
