EYE STRAINED.
ME. MacDONAUyS OPERATION. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 2. An official bulletin states that Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald has suffered a slight progressive diminution of vision in the left eye, and an operation is being performed to-morrow to relieve the condition and check the course of the trouble which, it is explained, is 'due to overwork. The Prime Minister's general health is satisfactory. The operation will delay Mr. Mac Donald's departure for the Disarmament Conference.
