"STAY AWAY PROM THERE." (Received 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 1. Senator Thomas introduced a resolution requesting the Foreign Eolations Committee to advise the Senate and the country upon "the developments in the Far East in which American citizens and their safety and rights are involved." Mr. Blanton, member of the House of Representatives, uttered a protest in the House against the ordering of warships and troops to China. "We are going to get into it as sure as we live if we do not stay away from there," he exclaimed.
