Miss Margaret Beall, of Balmoral Road, Mount Eden, has left for a holiday at Hamilton. Mrs. W. Pollock, of Sydney, is the guest of her sister, Airs. Kinder, Arncv ißoad, Remuera. I Grand Hotel visitors are Mrs. A. G. Hall, of India, and Airs. J. A. .Nash, of .Palm erst on North. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Kluver, of Epsom, returned on Tuesday by the Marama after being abroad for six months. . . Mr. . and . Mrs. H. Newton and Miss Jewel Newton have left Auckland for an expended tour of the thermal district. Mrs. C. C. Sheath lias arrived from Sydney, and is the guest of her mother, Mrs. Fornian, Green Lane, Remuera. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ratjen, of Pukokolie, who have been at Craigweil Housi, Parakai, have returned to their home. Mrs. W. J. Melody, who will play in the New Zealand tennis championships, has arrived from Wellington, and is at Royal Court. Mrs. R. H. Kccsing, pi Constitutional Hill, lion, secretary of the Croquet Association, has left for Wanganui to attend th'c croquet tournament. Mrs. Alan Hay and Miss Hay, who have been 011 a world's tour, leave by the Niagara en route to their home in Natal, South Africa. Ali-s. Carte-Lloyd, who with her daughter Tess has been spending the 1 school holidays at Rotorua, intends rej turning to Auckland at the end of the month.
