On a charge of obtaining £2 by false pretences from Percy Fletcher by falsely representing that he would publish an advertisement, Reginald Keith Bain. .1 salesman, aged 31, appeared before Mr. F. Iv. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Cou.-t this afternoon. . On the application of Detective Sergeant Kelly, accused- was remanded until January 25. £100-bail was allowed.
