WELLINGTON LOAN.
ACTION BY CITY COUNCIL- j WORK UNDER NO. 5 SCHEME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The City Council has decided to raise a loan of £10,000, to be expended only in supervision, materials and insurances in connection with works under No. 5 scheme. The council has decided to set up an Appeal Board for city corporation employees other than tramway men. Its constitution will be considered at a later meeting.
