In order to assist dairy farmers in the present economic depression the directoih. of the New Zealand Co-operative Herd Testing Association has agreed to a reduction of 33 1-3 per cent in testing fees for the 1931-32 season. This reduction is based on last season's scale of charges for group herd testing, and is in respect of testing foes for the coining season .only. . Commenting on the decision, the chairman of directors of the association. All.
