BATHS FOR UNEMPLOYED. A large deputation from the unemployed waited on the Mayor this afternoon and asked him to havo the municipal baths thrown open to enable unemployed to use them. The Mayor said ho would recommend tliat three slipper baths be set, aside, provided the unemployed would undertake to keep ;hem clean. TAUMARUPJUI RACING CI.UB. Kaitiekc Steeplechase.
