The following teams have been selected by Mr. G. Nicholson to represent Auckland next Saturday at Napier, against Hawke's Bay, and at Auckland against South Auckland :—■

Both tea ins must attend training, at the Ponsonby shed on Tuesday evening at 8.30 p.m.

BULLER DEFEATS WEST COAST.

WAIROA DEFEATS POVERTY BAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAIROA, Saturday.' Wairoa retained the Barry Cup in the first challenge match of the season played to-day under perfect conditions, defeating Poverty Bay by 1-1 points to 7.
