CAROL'S DIVORCE.
PARAMOUR IN BACKGROUND. NICE, May 15. Colonel Wizdinek, aide-de-camp to King Carol of Rumania, declared that the Royal divorce had been settled definitely without recourse to legal formalities. "Madame Lupescu. is never seen with King Carol. Kings, like commoners, do not flaunt their private affairs in public," he added. Queen Helena, it is reported, will reside in exile in Paris.
