Representative of the Education Board on W.E.A. Free Kindergarten Association Council, seven years. Grammar Schools Board, eight years. Seddon Technical Council, seven years. Elam School of Art Council, eight years. City Council Tramways Committee, two years. And was responsible for the cheap 12trip ticket for school children being adopted. Having been trained as a railway officer and for many years a district traffic manager of railways, claims an intimate, knowledge of transport business, and offers his services on the Transport Board. Ladies and Gentlemen, — I wish to intimate I am seeking re-election as a Member of the Transport Board, and will be pleased to associate with the present Members in carrying on the present successful system, and which Is showing a substantial surplus, and I feel sure this will be very gratifying to the ratepayers and public generally. if re-elected it will be my policy to work for the best interests of all concerned.
