TRAGIC DEATH.
JUDGE COLLAPSES.
PERTH, April 23,
The Chief Justice of West Australia, Sir Robert McMillan, collapsed and died after making a speech at the opening of St; George's Hall in the West Australian University this afternoon.
Sir Robert, whose age was 73, had been in indifferent health recently. He was several times acting-Governor of West Australia, and was appointed to the judiciary in 1902. He leaves a widow and a grown-up family.
