JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Judgment was reserved by Mr. Justice Smith in the case in which Otto Frederick Solmltz. a young Swiss farmer, of Monavale. Cambridge, claimed £2500 from John Odiin and Co., of 'Wellington. for alleged misrepresentation over tin* >aic of a swamp farm at Monavale.
