HIS "THOUSAND."
" Freddy " Wood, skipper of the Wind, mill second grade team on Saturday made 53 in the match against North Shore, which put his aggregate past the thousand runs for the season. This total was made in thirteen completed innings, including five centuries (highest score 157), his average running out at 77.53. He is also a useful bowler of the medium pace, with an off break, and is the chief wicket-taker for the club this season.
