RUGBY FOOTBALL.
MOUNT ROSKILL CLUB. At a largely attended meeting of players and supporters of the Rugby code, it was decided to form the Mount Roskill Rugby Football Club. Mr. C. W. B. Walker presided. The following officers were elected: Patroness, Mrs. Hayr; president, Mr. F. E. Jones; vice-president, Mr. R. Sanft: honorary secretary, Mr. G. C. Ross; honorary treasurer, Mr. H. Diamond; honorary coaches, Messrs. W. A. Lawrence and H. Lewis; committee, Messrs. C. W. B. Walker, T. Robinson, J. Longville, M. E. McDonald, W. A. Lawrence, honorary secretary and honorary treasurer; delegates to the Auckland Rugby Union, Messrs. C. W. B. Walker, G. C. Ross and H. Diamond ; delegate to the junior management board, Mr. M. E. McDonald.
